Today i went and had anoterh look and we have some of the farme up already.



I will have to contact our inspection man to make sure we get this inspect done.

We have had our slab poured

Wednesday 19th November

We went and checked the block out today and now have a much better idea of exactly how our house sits on the block. The pod waffle is down and we are just waiting for the cement pour.

Can you believe that they now use polystyrene in your slab...!!!!

Monday 10th November

Today we had our block scrape....

We are finally under way.

Here are a few pictures from the block today.

The prurple water tap is recycled water from Werribee treatment plant, so we will never have to worry about water restrictions on our garden.

We are FINALLY underway....

Friday 7th November

Today we were contacted by our SS. How excitement!!!!!
We have a site start date of 10th November with a slab pooring date of 19th November, weather permitting of course.
Our SS has told us to contact him no matter how samll our question might be.
He is happy for us to look over everything as much as we want.

We were lucky and scored a great CSC and we have fingers crossed that our SS is also the same....

Excited by our start on Monday!!!!!
